Our devices are manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems and carry CE certification (93/42/EEC, LVD and EMC reports). FDA-registered models are available for the United States market. Copies of all certificates are provided with quotations.

Yes. Every machine includes a 2-year warranty, online training, operation videos, printed manuals and lifetime remote technical support from the engineers who built the device.

Yes — that is our OEM/ODM service. We can customise housing colour, logo, screen language, packaging and treatment protocols to match your brand.

We ship by air, by sea and by international express (DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS). Every machine travels in a reinforced aluminium case with foam protection, and we provide full customs documentation for smooth clearance.

We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, PayPal and Western Union. Standard terms are 30–50% deposit with the balance before shipment; sample machines can be paid in full.

Yes. We can arrange a live video demonstration, send treatment videos for your specific indication, or ship a sample machine you can trial before committing to a bulk order.

We stock spare parts for every model for at least 5 years and provide lifetime remote diagnosis. Replacement modules can be shipped within days, and our engineers guide your technician through the repair on video call.

We supply clinics, salons, spas, hospitals, distributors and training academies. A business licence is recommended for medical-grade devices to ensure legal operation in your country.
